We had reservations about this hotel due to some negative reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted us warmly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The pool was stunning and offered beautiful views of the deserted beach. The hotel had a charming character and the gardens felt like an oasis. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff even cooked customized omelettes or scrambled eggs. We also enjoyed dining at the café restaurant, where the charming lady took care of us and spoke perfect English. The hotel Spa was the perfect place to relax our tired muscles. The location near the national park was a bonus, as it provided the opportunity for a great day trip.

The staff was quite friendly...
For the money it costs, quite expensive for Thailand standards, we were quite dissapointed: Wi-Fi just does not work, old tv in the room, the offered DVDs are most of them scratched, swimming is ok but not quite clean, breakfast buffet only average ... on top of that they robbed us with the laundry prices, do not clean your clothes there !

This resort is located on the relatively unspoiled beach of Dolphin Bay, making it a perfect spot for beach lovers. It is also conveniently located near the national park, offering great opportunities for day trips and outdoor activities. the rooms are spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Some aspects of the hotel's organization and management need improvement.

Great beachfront location and well-maintained grounds. The room had a comfortable bed and a lovely ocean view. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
The food was average and slightly overpriced. The drinks were also a bit expensive, and the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong in some areas of the hotel.

The hotel was peaceful and provided a good night's sleep. the breakfast offered a fair variety of food options and there was a nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the sun. the free Wi-fi was reliable and fast enough for our needs. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The beach close to the hotel was not much to rave about. It was muddy, with coarse sand and not very inviting for water activities.
